This key judicial institution ensures independent judicial oversight of public authorities and effectively protects citizens\u2019 rights and freedoms. The adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine (CAPU) on 6 July 2005, marked a pivotal moment in shaping the state\u2019s democratic rule of law. This legal act launched a distinct branch of jurisprudence, designed to ensure fairness in public legal relations. This coin serves as a symbol of gratitude to the judicial authorities, legal professionals, and everyone who contributed to the establishment and development of this vital institution.<\/p>\n<p>Obverse: above is the semi-circular legend \u0410\u0414\u041c\u0406\u041d\u0406\u0421\u0422\u0420\u0410\u0422\u0418\u0412\u041d\u0415 \u0421\u0423\u0414\u041e\u0427\u0418\u041d\u0421\u0422\u0412\u041e \u0423\u041a\u0420\u0410\u0407\u041d\u0418 (Administrative Justice of Ukraine), below which is Ukraine\u2019s small coat of arms. The central element of the composition is a stylized open book, symbolizing knowledge, legality, and the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine as the fundamental basis for the functioning of administrative justice. To the left, within a laurel wreath, the legend 20 \/ \u0420\u041e\u041a\u0406\u0412 (20 \/ years) highlights the anniversary date. Below the composition are the legend \u0423\u041a\u0420\u0410\u0407\u041d\u0410 (Ukraine), the coin\u2019s issue year 2025, the coin\u2019s face value 5, the graphic symbol of the hryvnia, and the mint mark of the NBU\u2019s Banknote Printing and Minting Works.<\/p>\n<p>Reverse: against a smooth background is the legend \u0412\u0415\u0420\u0425\u041e\u0412\u0415\u041d\u0421\u0422\u0412\u041e \u041f\u0420\u0410\u0412\u0410 (the Rule of Law), reflecting the core principle guiding public authorities in a democratic, legal state. Below it, a composition features a column, symbolizing stability, inviolability, and legal order, topped with the scales of justice. The column\u2019s fluting is depicted as a stylized trident, integrating a sword that represents the power of law, truth, and protection.
